Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Accomplish app ("Accomplish", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The Service
Accomplish helps you plan your day by placing your tasks and calendar events on a timeline, with AI suggestions for when to do each task. It runs on your device and connects, with your permission, to services such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Google Tasks. How your information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Accomplish. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are able to enter into these Terms.
Your Accounts and Connected Services
To use certain features you connect your own Google or Apple accounts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can disconnect a provider or revoke access at any time from the app's Settings or your device settings.
Your Content and Data
Your tasks, events, and anything you import remain yours. Accomplish stores this information on your device and uses it only to provide the app's features, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups where you need them.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Accomplish only for lawful purposes. You will not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from it except to the extent the law expressly permits.
Intellectual Property
Accomplish, including its name, design, and software, is owned by its developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for your own use. No other rights are granted.
App Stores
You download Accomplish through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and your use is also subject to their terms. Where the app is obtained through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer only, not Apple; that Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app; that Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Accomplish may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future. If it does, purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, any subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and you can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Pricing and paid features are not final while the app is in development.
Pre-release Software
Accomplish is in active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the app may occasionally be unavailable. During this period the app is provided on an early-access basis.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its scheduling suggestions will suit every situation. You remain responsible for your own schedule and decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost data, missed events, or lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Termination
You may stop using Accomplish at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the app in a way that could harm others or the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law gives you a different right.
